Exchange Information

As part of our 30-day happiness guarantee, we offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return or exchange your item for any reason during this time. We need an email address and order number in order to issue a return or exchange. Items must be returned new or carefully used condition. Please note that your original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, processing may take up to 3 days. Due to the added precautions our warehouse takes, it may take up to 6 days for returns / exchanges to process after receipt. Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, it may take 3 to 10 business days before it appears in your account.
