12 Years ago I lost 80lbs with the help of a personal coach and it completely changed my way of life. Since then, it’s been my mission to sway other people to do CrossFit.
Virgil has been training amateur and professional combat athletes since 1995. His skill-set expands to the following combat styles: MMA fighting and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I initially took on CrossFit trainings after a spending a lifetime in professional athletics. The fact that I loved sports so much contributed a lot to my decision of being coach.
Growing up, I’ve always been involved in sports, fitness and athleticism in general. It got a whole new meaning for me as in 2007 I had an injury.

This is such an incredible gym with knowledgeable and educated coaches. Each coach took their time to help each and every athlete in class. The atmosphere was motivating and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved CrossFit and I’m going to continue my workout to become stronger!

I used to go to the gym and do the same thing all the time - weights, cardio and classes. I got bored doing the same thing. Then I found Hardrod and every workout is different, even if certain workouts are incorporated into a workout that you did last week, there's a spin to it and still challenges you.
