Do I have to be home to receive my order?

We deliver worldwide. You can select a shipping address. You can order delivery to multiple addresses and choose the appropriate address for each order. The order confirmation letter contains all shipping details. Verify that the address is correct.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, you can cancel your order within 15 minutes of checkout (the button is in the “MY ORDERS” tab).

Will I have to show and when I receive my order?

We strive to ensure that the order is delivered as quickly as possible. Once your order has been successfully completed, the warehouse will process it within 1-2 business days.

How will my order be delivered?

At checkout, the cart contains the expected delivery date. After delivery, the courier’s scheduled arrival date will be indicated in e-mails from the courier company. In the morning on the day of delivery, as a rule, texts come. Usually delivery takes 1-7 business days, depending on the region.

When will you get more stock?

The order tracking number comes by e-mail (please check the Spam), the status of the order can be checked on the site. You can also check the order status by “Tracking by Reference Number” by specifying the order number.

Do you have vegan or gluten-free edibles?

If you have received a package that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to quickly correct our mistake.
