Shipping & returns
The goods are exchanged and returned if the goods were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as, if there is a return form (supplied together with the consignment note). We do not accept return items that do not comply with our return rules. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.
When returning the goods, you need to have with you a product that has preserved consumer properties, product appearance, factory labels and original packaging, a document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods – an order form.
When returning the goods to our store, the money in full value of the goods is returned in the same way as the payment made for the goods.
According to the list of non-food items not subject to return and exchange, linen, sock-stockings, gloves, nocturnal linen, as well as valuables purchased in the sale section (SALE – 91%), are not subject to return and exchange!

By improper goods, we mean goods that are unable to provide functional qualities due to a significant production deficiency. That is, it should be a defective product.
- Can be exchanged for a different color or shape
- Shipping costs are not compensated
- Goods of inadequate quality can be returned without explanation
Return policy:
The difference between the design elements, the shade of the goods or the design from the ones stated in the description on the site is not a malfunction or not a function of the goods. Please note that when you receive an order, you are required to check the appearance, completeness of the item, as well as the completeness of the entire order at the time of delivery.
