Order satus & tracking

You can Track Your Order by entering the order number, email address, and associated billing zip code. From here, you may view the Order Status and detailed tracking information.
Please note, when your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Click ‘Track My Order’ from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).
If you have a registered account with Roxxe.com, simply go to your Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking information.
Making a return
Choose from one of two easy options to start your return for items purchased on Roxxe.com:
  • Start a return or exchange with my order number and ZIP code
  • Start a return or exchange through my account
Once you complete the few simple steps for the return, you’ll be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and several options to drop off your package, including thousands of UPS drop-off locations.
