We stand for high-quality products

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honored at one of our Roxxe stores, or through Mail Order on the production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another jeweler or company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. To protect the guarantee, all work must be carried out by Roxxe (or a third-party company working on behalf of Roxxe).
We provide:
  • 2 years on our 14 carat gold jewellery
  • 1 year on our bags
  • 1 year on our wallets
  • 3 months on our accessories
However, the warranty does not apply to:
  • Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect)
  • Damage due to improper use of the buyer
  • Damage due to a modification or repair by a third party
  • Damage from water and / or fire
  • Damage from normal wear and tear, such as scratches
  • Discoloration due to high acidity of the skin
  • Discoloration from the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray
  • Discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means
  • Loss of back of earrings
